Frank Sole brings over 20 years of experience in people and culture leading global Human Resources teams for start-ups and emerging technology companies in gaming, managed IT services, professional services, and network & security management. His expertise includes employee relations, recruiting, compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and employee engagement.
Before joining CipherHealth, Frank led global People & Culture functions for Enthusiast Gaming, a gaming media company focused on delivering tools and insights to the gaming community, Datapipe, an industry leader in managed IT services and datacenters, and Micromuse, a public SaaS company in the network management & security space.
